Shorts from a long video.

Questions
How does Diffcut pick the moments?
Your own Claude Code reads the talk as numbered sentences and picks moments with a hook line and a reason for each. Without Claude, or for any gap it leaves, a transcript scorer picks them: a strong opening, a clear focus, energy, pace, and few fillers or long pauses.
Does a moment ever start mid-sentence?
No. Every moment starts and ends on a sentence boundary, and moments never overlap.
Can I change a short before exporting it?
Yes. Each short is its own 9:16 edit, made of changes you accept or skip: the range, the reframing, the captions, the hook card and the music. Then edit it like any other timeline.
